If I rent the truck, do I have to use all the games or can I pick the ones I want for a lesser price?

Our "Rent the Truck" option offers a great value for large events that includes all 16 games but if you only want 12 games set up, we can do that! If you're looking for more of a mix and match option, you may want to consider our "Picnic Mixer" package. 


What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 50% cancellation fee (based on the total amount due) within 21 days of the booking for any cancellation. The reason for this is that we are securing not only the length of time of your booking, but also the hour (or two) before and after your event for travel and setup. In addition, we are turning potential business away in-order to honor the reservation.


What if it rains?

Rain is the only exception to a 100% refund for the day of cancelation for an outdoor event since we can not control Mother Nature. We understand that not all games can be moved inside, potentially, due to the size of the venue. However, we are easily moved inside and will work with you to accommodate the situation. If you chose to scale down due to rain we will only charge you for the games you played.


Can you operate in pubic parks?

Yes, parks are an excellent place to have Picnic Games. We carry the insurance policy required to operate in the public parks. Although, it is important to check with your Parks and Recreation Department to see if there any permits required and bring it with you for the day of your event. We will ask for the permit upon arrival and will not set up if you do not have it. You will forfeit 100% of your booking money otherwise.


When should I book with Picnic Games?

We recommend booking as soon as you have a date set. We currently only have one truck and are family operated so selected time slots will fill up fast!


I seem to have clicked my way into a corner and now it's saying for 5 games in the Picnic Mixer it's $2000? Is this right? 

OH MY! No, this would not be correct. Sometimes the software does not reset when you're playing with it. However, it should be correct when you put the items you selected into the cart. Your other option is to clear out the cookies or use a different device. All technology has it's downfalls and we have found that this is one of them in this program.
